Suspect in Miller Park Way pedestrian accident charged

On January 4, the Journal Sentinel stated that the male SUV driver who is believed to have caused serious injuries to a pedestrian in an August accident on Miller Park Way has been charged.

Based on information provided by two individuals who called in tips to authorities and additional evidence gathered by investigators, Brown County officers arrested Andrew Timm, 25, on December 24. A criminal complaint revealed that Timm was the vehicle driver who fled an accident scene where a Milwaukee man was seriously injured. The victim, identified only as a 40-year-old man, suffered numerous broken bones and serious head trauma and was still in the hospital as of December.
