One person was killed and another suffered injuries when a car hit them in the western portion of Green Bay, the Green Bay Press-Gazette reported on July 22.

According to reports, the accident involving two pedestrians happened on July 21 in the vicinity of the Georgia-Pacific paper mill. One of the victims, identified as a 56-year-old man, reportedly died in the crash. The other victim, only identified as a 49-year-old man, suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.
