Milwaukee hit-and-run victim completely recovered

The boy who suffered several injuries after being crashed into by a stolen vehicle back in August has almost entirely recovered, WDJT Milwaukee reported on November 4.

Hit-and-run victim Dennis Taylor, 12, stated that he is now “feeling a bit okay,” and that he is continuing on with his life. Taylor hit a tree after his bike was struck by a jeep near Fiebrantz and 47th. He ended up in a wheelchair after the accident, with a concussion, pelvic damage, and a bruised liver. Milwaukee authorities said the driver ran away from the accident site, and there have not been any significant leads yet. Taylor’s grandmother Angela Moragne hopes the vehicle driver will surface. Authorities are calling on the public to report any possible information regarding the accident and the stolen vehicle.
