Speeding cited as cause of deadly two-car crash

Police believe that excessive speed caused a crash that occurred on October 5 and left 3 dead.

According to reconstruction experts, the driver of a van was traveling well above the speed limit on Highway 26 near Nekimi when his vehicle crossed the center line and crashed into an oncoming car. The two vehicles struck each other head-on.

The occupants of the car, Wayne and Carolyn Gregory, and the driver of the van, Michael Mueller, all died from multiple trauma caused by the collision.

If you or someone you love has been injured or killed in an accident involving a speeding or reckless driver, you may have legal grounds to pursue compensation for your accident-related costs.
